EAGLES FACTS AND TRIVIA

Eagle Rookies

Each year at draft time, Eagle fans get excited about who the Eagles may select. Sometimes they are displeased, as when a group of Eagle fans in the audience at the draft booed when Donovan McNabb was announced as the Eagles' first choice in 1999 rather than fan favorite Ricky Williams.

Fans don't always know best. But no matter what player the Eagles take, their pick ignites the excitement of the new. A rookie is a blank slate with unlimited potential until he steps on the field and shows himself to be a human being with both talents and flaws.
