A preview of week 4 in the NFL. But first a review of last night's game..
Rams over Vikings-
LA beat Minnesota,as predicted, 38-21 in a shoot-out. The Rams move to 4-0 in their key nFC match-up while the Vikings sink to 1-2-1. They have 10 days to prepare for a rematch with the Eagles next Sundy. LA starts a three-game road trip in Seattle.
Eagles at Titans-
As detailed in the blog yesterday, I like the Birds to win a close one in Tennessee, 23-17.Sproles won't play, which will again hurt the offense, while Jeffery and Ajayi should be active.
Bengals at Falcons-
2-1 Cincinnati travels to Atlanta to play a 1-2 Falcons team that cannot lose yet another home game and fall farther behind in NFC South.
Buccaneers at Bears-
Tampa comes off their Monday night loss and travels to Chicago, never a good trend. The 2-1 Bears find themselves on top of NFC North.
Lions at Cowboys-
Detroit surprised New England last Sunday night for their first win. Can they keep the momentum going in Dallas? The Cowboys are 1-2 and need a victory.
Packers at Bills-
Buffalo pulled off the upset of the year so far, as 17 point underdogs, winning in Minnesota. The uneven Pack, now 1-1-1, stay on the road.
Texans at Colts-
Houston is winless while the Colts played a competitive gane in Philadelphia last week. The loser is cooked in AFC South.
Dolphins at Patriots-
3-0 Miami takes to the road against desparate New England, losers of two in a row.A must-win for Tom Brady
Jets at Jaguars-
Jacksonville comes off their first home , again a thome. The Jets are back on earth after a surprising crushing of Detroit to open the season. I like the Jags to cover the 7 1/2 points.
Browns at Raiders-
Cleveland is no push-over anymore. Oakland is winless and badly needs a home victory.
Seahawks at Cardinals-
Seattle tries to double down on thier first victory witha division game at Arizona, which is trying to avoid an 0-4 start.
Saints at Giants-
The Giants earned their first victory in Houston last week. They have a tough task trying to keep Drew Brees in check.
49ers at Chargers-
SF lost their QB for the season How will they react, traveling to Los Angeles to play the high-scoring Philip Rivers and the Chargers? I like the Chargers to cover the 10 point spread here.
Ravens at Steelers-
Bitter divisional rivalry. Steelers need home victory badly. Baltimore could make a major statement with a win.
Chiefs at Broncos-
Denver needs this home win to stya in touch with red-hot Kansas City.
