WEEK 6-THE PICK-LAST FAN STANDING POOL

Last week was really tough. The teams and games were pretty evenly matched. I finally ended up taking the Eagles and was so glad I did.

This week there were several games I considered. Washington at home, coming off a bye, playing a 40'ers team that is 0-5 and hates to play on the East Coast; Atlanta, also coming off a bye, playing at home, after coming off a bad home loss to Buffalo, facing a still-struggling Miami Dolphins squad.

But I'm taking the Denver Broncos to crush the New York Giants.

The line started at 9 and zoomed up to 12. Denver is at home, where they hardly ever lose. They are playing a Giants football team that hasn't been victorious in the Mile High City since 1989. New York lost all-Pro wide receive Odell Beckham Jr. to a broken ankle last week The lost tree other receivers as well in the same brutal game vs. the Chargers.

I always hate to take the biggest favorite on the board ( if I lose, so will tons of other players)but I can't see anyway the Giants upset the Broncos this week- and isn't that the name of the game? Just win, baby.

Out of over 21,000 More upsets people who entered the Last Fan Standing pool, only a little over 3,000 fans remain. More upsets this year have thinned out the players. A New York win here would be the biggest upset yet.

I'll save Atlanta and Washington for later. I also have New England in my back pocket as well.

I would even lay the 12 points with Denver. Earlier in the season, when Backham Jr. was out, the Giants had trouble scoring. New York is in disarray. A once promising season is in shambles. The Giants will be lucky to win two games all year.

I'll say Broncos 42 Giants 10
