A stupid story on Philly Voice.com alleges that Eagles QB Carson Wentz is, among other things, egotistical and overall a bad guy.
Why is the media even giving this so-called journalist any credence? The kid is a zero, a wannabe, seeking clicks on a website.
He admits that he didn't give the Eagles organization enough time to answer before publishing this article. His sources are all unnamed. naturally, not everyone is going to like Wentz, even if he is a good guy. That's human nature. Also, Wentz shouldn't be called selfish because he wanted to play this season and felt frustrated because of his health situation.
Bascially, in between sports seasons- the Eagles are done and the Phillies have yet to begin- the media needs something to talk about. So, this worthless story is picked up and discussed for no reason.
The Philly media ain't what it used to be.

Happy 40th birthday to Carlos "Chooch" Ruiz!Hopefully a great gift will be the announcement of the late, great Roy (Doc) Halliday being inducted into Baseball's Hall of Fame today. Another ex-Phil pitcher may get in as well- Curt Schiilling. Both are deserving.
Still waiting on Machado and Harper to make up their mind. How will it end/ Who will blink first and sign?If the Phillies sign Machado first, will they still pursue Harper?
