NBA Finals 1988

On this day in 1988, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar sank two free throws with 14 seconds left? The Los Angeles Lakers held on to beat the Detroit Pistons 103-102 and tied the NBA Finals at 3 games each.

Isiah Thomas would score 43 points for the Pistons, including a Finals record 25 in the third quarter, despite suffering a sprained ankle early in the game.
